1. Scope and document precedence

These terms apply to VANEROLA's website, services, applications, accounts, and inquiries.VPS service terms、MAP service terms, and conditions shown on order screens also form part of the contract. In the event of conflict, individually agreed conditions take priority, followed by service-specific terms and then these common terms, excluding any conditions contrary to mandatory law.

2. Eligibility and registration information

Users must register accurate information and manage their contact details, credentials, and accounts. Paid orders by minors require a legal representative's consent; we may verify identity and consent as necessary.

3. Services and third-party services

Features, supported environments, prices, regions, and limits are shown on the service page or order screen. Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee continuous availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or ongoing compatibility with third-party services. Features may be changed or restricted when external services change.

4. Common prohibited conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct. VPS-specific prohibitions are set out in the prohibited uses and abuse handling section of the VPS service terms.

  • Violations of laws, public order and morals, court orders, or third-party rights
  • False applications, impersonation, or unauthorized acquisition or use of credentials
  • Disruption of or excessive load on equipment, networks, or other users
  • Unauthorized access, exploitation of vulnerabilities, bypassing technical restrictions, or unauthorized automated operations
  • Fraud, malware, misuse, or obstruction of investigations, identity checks, or abuse handling

5. Intellectual property and user data

Rights to VANEROLA's website, software, designs, and other materials belong to VANEROLA or their respective rights holders. Rights to user data are not transferred, but the data is processed as necessary for service delivery, maintenance, security, and legal compliance. Users must confirm permission to use third-party materials.

6. Changes, interruptions, and discontinuation

Services may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued for maintenance, failures, security, laws or lawful requests, or changes to external services. When the impact is significant and prior notice is possible, we will provide advance notice; in emergencies, notice may follow the action.

7. Suspension and termination

We may investigate, restrict or suspend use, preserve data, or terminate contracts in cases such as violations, non-payment, false information, misuse, or serious security risks. Where correction is possible and the situation is not urgent, we will generally provide an opportunity to remedy it.

8. Warranties and liability

Users must back up important data and check results and third-party conditions. To the extent permitted by law, compensation for damage attributable to VANEROLA is limited to direct and ordinary damage and, for paid services, the total paid in the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or bodily injury, or cases in which mandatory law prohibits limitation.

9. Changes to these terms

When reasonably necessary due to changes in laws or services, these terms may be amended in accordance with the Civil Code and other applicable laws. We will announce the changes and their effective date and obtain individual consent where required.

10. Governing law, jurisdiction, and inquiries

These terms are governed by Japanese law. To the extent permitted by law, the Osaka District Court or Osaka Summary Court shall be the agreed court of first instance for disputes concerning these terms or the services.
