Develop website and service features, improve existing functionality, and more.

Design and content

Design interfaces, create images and copy, and make our guidance easier to understand.

Testing and operations support

Check reported issues, improve user guides, and suggest ways to improve service operations.

Regular participation

Regular participation is generally unpaid. Before you start, we'll discuss and confirm your scope of participation, how we work together, responsibility for expenses, and how to end your participation.

Separate paid assignments

Depending on the work involved, we may discuss a separate paid assignment with you. We'll make clear in advance whether an activity is unpaid participation or a paid assignment.

For paid assignments, we'll confirm the scope, fee, payment date, deadline, revision scope, and rights and use of deliverables in advance. Work begins only after both parties agree and the necessary contracts are concluded.

Participation does not guarantee paid assignments or compensation.

• Respect other members and users, and communicate considerately.
• Ask for help when something is unclear or you're having difficulties.
• Handle non-public information and accounts in accordance with the agreed rules.

Participation discussions cover experience, areas of interest, and preferred activities.

Before sharing non-public code, unreleased plans, internal operational information, or similar material, we'll agree on confidentiality through an NDA or other agreement, whether participation is paid or unpaid.

We'll also agree in advance on how creative work may be used and how rights are handled, depending on the activity.

Access to administration panels and customer information is limited to what is necessary for the assigned work.
