Singapore pre-launch conditions review
is the baseline date.
In preparation for the Singapore launch, we clarified overseas data processing, where to check application status, and the scope of priority support. Pricing, traffic allowances, cancellation and refund terms are unchanged. This does not mark outstanding contract, overseas-processing or final checkout-display checks as complete.

2. Previous versions
- ：Baseline edition — Organized the common and service-specific documents and began recording revision history from this date.
- ：Voice Sentinel documents added — Added Voice Sentinel service terms, privacy information, safe operation rules, and external data transfer information.
- ：VPS and MAP publication scope edition — Limited the published terms and privacy information to VANEROLA VPS and CityTrace, and removed former service documents from publication.
- ：Condensed edition — Removed duplicate explanations while preserving important conditions, making the terms, privacy information, and commercial disclosures shorter and easier to read.

- ：Legal review and condensation edition — Removed duplicate explanations while preserving statutory disclosures and user-protection conditions, and revised identity-data retention and external data transfer descriptions to reflect actual practices.
- ：VPS pricing, service conditions, and information handling clarification — Updated the VPS service terms, VPS privacy information, external services list, and commercial disclosures. Additional transfer charges are specified as JPY 1,250/TB including tax, rounded up, subject to consent before service resumes. Prohibited uses and information processing by the upstream provider are described in more detail. The monthly price revision for new contracts is in the announcement of the same date. Changes affecting existing contracts will follow separate procedures for any required advance notice and consent.
- ：Map attribution and external transmission disclosure update — Added disclosures for website map background and CityTrace elevation requests, plus GSI and third-party attribution. Added pre-application inquiry guidance for VPS data handling. Fees, refund conditions and data retention periods are unchanged.
- ：VPS provisioning timeframe update — The VPS provisioning timeframe has been changed to a few hours to a maximum of 3 business days after all required checks are complete. Identity verification, screening, the definition of business days, the treatment of time awaiting additional action and refund conditions remain unchanged. Service in the Tokyo region remains temporarily suspended.
- ：CityTrace usage measurement disclosure — Added disclosures about CityTrace operation counts: collected fields, retention periods, operator-only access and opt-out instructions. Generated files and coordinates are not collected, and nothing is sent to advertising providers. VPS contract, pricing and refund conditions are unchanged.
- ：Partner application external services disclosure — Added disclosures about Google Forms partner applications and information sent to Discord when notification integration is enabled. Response text and personal information are not sent to Discord. VPS contract, pricing and refund conditions and CityTrace measurement conditions are unchanged.
- ：Singapore pre-launch and disclosure clarification revision — Added explanations of Singapore hosting location, region-specific prices, long-term prepaid totals, extra storage and overseas data processing. The monthly 25 TB allowance, tax-inclusive JPY 1,250 per extra TB, and cancellation and refund conditions are unchanged. This does not open applications or retroactively impose adverse changes on existing contracts.
- ：VPS shared and region-specific conditions reorganization — The VPS service-specific terms have been organized into conditions shared by Tokyo and Singapore and region-specific conditions, with a direct link from the policy index. Explanations of hosting countries, regional listings, migration scope and processing outside Japan have been grouped together. Existing pricing, data-transfer, prohibited-use, cancellation and refund conditions, and application availability remain unchanged.
